TV on the Radio -New York indi-fate the group formed in 2001. Style of group combines such genres, as indi-fate, the post-punk, funk, trip-hop ñîóë and electronic music. TV on the Radio debuted in 2002 a minialbum «OK Calculator», let out on own means. In two years the collective has written down a plate «Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes» which has been awarded prestigious award Shortlist Music Prize. The second album of group - «Return to Cookie Mountain» - has been recognized by musical critics one of the best disks of 2006. David Bowie has taken part in its record as the invited vocalist. The album «Dear Science» has received an appreciation in a press and has won first place in the list of the best albums of 2008 under magazine Rolling Stone version.

Structure TV on the Radio includes Tunde Adebimpe (vocal), David Enrju Sitek (guitars, keyboard), Kip Maloun (background vocals, guitars), Jalil Banton (bass), Jerard Smith (drums). In records TV on the Radio took part Katrina Ford from Celebration (vocal), the Kazoo of Makino from Blonde Redhead (vocal), Martin Perna from Antibalas (a saxophone, a flute), David Bowie (vocal) and the Nickname of Zinner from Yeah Yeah Yeahs (guitar).
