The American group "Shinedown" has been generated in the beginning of 2002, in Jacksonville, Florida. The current structure of collective includes: vocalist Brent Smith, guitarist Jasin Todd, bass player Brad Stewart and drummer Barry Kerch. After a year, from the moment of the formation, the command already had the contract with the large sound recording company «Atlantic Records» on which means had been let out a debut album «Leave A Whisper» in the middle of 2003. The plate made enormous success that confirms its platinum status which it has found on September, 21st, 2005 not without the aid of singles «Fly From The Inside» and «45».

In 2004 musicians «Shinedown» have been chosen by accompanying structure of round legendary «Van Halen» across the United States. In August of next year was issued debut DVD «Live From The Inside» which included a full concert «Shinedown» passing in «House Of Blues», in the Myrtle the Scourge, South Carolina.

In October, 2005, group "Shinedown" has presented next ëîíãïëýé «Us And Them». The single «Save Me» has held on on lines of rock charts of the whole twelve weeks. The following single «I Dare You» wasn'ted in a chart «Billboard Pop 100» at number 37 (on some sources, at number 36).

In 2006 «Shinedown» together with group "Seether" have headed round «SnoCore Tour» in which as were lit «Flyleaf» and «Halestorm». After this, musicians have gone «Equinox Tour» together with «Trapt», accompanied «Evans Blue», «Halestorm» and «Mercy Fall». In June, «Shinedown» opened a concert «Alter Bridge» passing in «London Astoria» and as have taken part in North American round «Godsmack» and «Rob Zombie». In December the group has united with «Soil» for carrying out of joint round «Kill Your Liver Part 2 Tour».
