Group KoRn was formed in 1993 after group L.A.P.D. Vocalist Richard Morrill owing to the drug dependence has left. However musicians of Reginald Arvizu, James Shaffer and David Silveria have decided to continue the business begun earlier and after have strengthened structure the guitarist Bryan Uelchem, have begun active searches of the vocalist in the group. Once, in one fine evening Bryan Uelch and James Shaffer have decided to visit for a short while night club. That night on a scene of this club command SexArt acted. After listening of a part of performance of group James and Bryan have become interested in vocalist Jonathan Davis and have decided to come into contact after performance. At first Devis disagreed on a position of the main vocalist, but, having communicated to the aunt the astrologist which has told to it that it will be the full idiot if will disagree, he has agreed on the vocalist in group. So in 1993 there was group "KoRn".
